Processing Time

All products are made to order, ensuring each item is crafted with care and quality. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

Shipping Rates

We use flat-rate shipping for simplicity and transparency. Shipping rates are applied per item due to the print-to-order nature of our business. Rates vary depending on the product and destination.

Example: T-Shirt

• United States: Flat rate of $4.69 per item.

• International: Flat rate of $11.99 per item.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in their destination country.

Shipping Times

Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on the destination:

• United States: 3-8 business days.

• International: 7-21 business days.

Please note that these time-frames are estimates and may be impacted by factors such as customs processing, local delivery delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Quai Club is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@quaiclub.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if applicable, so we can assist you promptly.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Quai Club does not accept returns for any products purchased. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds are only issued for orders that cannot be processed or fulfilled due to circumstances within Quai Club’s control. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the original purchase date. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
